If the location of the course is not specified in the schedule, you will be contacted by the coordinators of the directions of studies (see Directions, and, respectively, About us/PhD supervisors for their contact data).

The course Methodology of scientific research and statistical data processing is a common course for all doctoral students; its location will be specified in due course on the web page, at Students/Course schedule.

The course Ethics and academic integrity is held together with the doctoral students from the Faculty of Geography, in locations that are specified on the web page, at Students/Course schedule.

The Scientific reports referred at in the 1st year in the Syllabus consist of an oral presentation, in PowerPoint, in front of the colleagues from the direction of studies that you opted for and in the presence of the doctoral supervisor. Besides presentations, the doctoral studies must provide printed versions of the reports, signed by the members of their advisory panels.

It is recommended that the presentations of the Scientific research reports referred at in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years in the Syllabus are hold similarly with the presentations of the Scientific reports.

The title of the doctoral thesis can be modified until the date of the Research project presentation without the need of submitting of an official request to this end.

The Research activity and scientific works preparation, referred at in the Syllabus in all years, does not involve any presentations or drafting of any reports by doctoral students.
